SALARY : R132 399 per annum CENTRE : Pretoria
REQUIREMENTS : Matric Certificate. A 3 year National Diploma or equivalent qualification will be an added advantage. Data analysis and information management skills. Computer literacy. Relevant experience, knowledge of the Public Service rules and Regulations will be an advantage, ability to deal with matters completely, professionally and tactfully, accuracy and attention to details, analytical, project management and interpersonal skills. A valid driver’s license is essential.
DUTIES : Administration for source documents. Coordinate the collection of source documents. Classify and code document. Computerization of information from
source documents. Imaging of source documents. Capture data into database. Date verification. Controlling of computerized source documents based on access rights. Assist the information officer in data analysis and reporting. Conduct oversight visits in conjunction with the Monitoring and Evaluation team.
