Receptionist/Administrator – Brits

Job Description:

*Reception related duties

*Answering of telephone

*Reconciliation of books

*Assisting patients with pricing of products

*Liaising with laboratoruim for execution of orders

*Dispensing of products

*Liaising with medical aids

*Own vehicle and driver’s license

*Wearing of uniforms and must be neat at all times

*Computer literate

Minimum Requirements:

*Minimum Grade 12

*Female candidate ONLY

*35+ Years of Age

Job location: Brits, North West

Time frame: As soon as possible

Leave: 15 Working days per annum

Cost to Company: R 7 000pm (Possible salary increase if Employee’s performance is according to Employer’s expectations)

Office hours: Alternating Shifts

Monday to Friday: 07h00 – 16h30 or 07h30 -17h00

Weekends: Every 2nd weekend off from Friday afternoon 13h00
