Travel Admin Clerk
Salary: R152 862 – R 180 063 p.a. excluding benefits
Location: Head Office – Pretoria (Ref No.: 7/157)
Candidates should hold a Grade 12 Certificate and have experience in the travel industry and knowledge of PFMA,
Treasury Regulation, Public Service Act; Computer literacy is essential.
The incumbent will capture travel orders (blanket and release orders) onto the Oracle System; Receipt travel
orders; Sort and capture travel invoices; Prepare invoices for payment; Clearing of Accounts Payable Purchase
Order Report (APPO) for Travel); Reconcile the Accidents Reports and after-hours report; Follow up on accident
cases with Car Rental Companies; Liaise with travel coordinators and Travel Agency; Organize and take minutes
during meetings for the Travel Management Section; Compile monthly budget commitment reports for the
Branches; Perform admin support functions within the Travel Management Section.
Preference will be given to White Female / Person with Disability followed by White Male and Coloured Female,
respectively as at the time of appointment.

implementation of competency based assessment). The competency assessment will be testing generic
managerial competency using the mandated DPSA SMS competency assessment tool. Please note: All SASSA
