Job Description Coca-Cola Fortune (CCF) is one of four licensed Coca-Cola bottlers in South Africa and has five manufacturing sites situated in Port Elizabeth, Bloemfontein, Polokwane, Nelspruit and Port Shepstone. An exciting opportunity exists for the above-mentioned position, reporting into the Team Leader Sales.
Key Duties & Responsibilities PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
Key performance areas will include:
• Service customers as business partner
• Implement BBP plan
• Monitor competitive activities
• Monitor Price compliance
• Ensure that all promotions are executed as per BBP
• Monitored promotional compliance/PDA
• Ensure merchandising of coolers and signage
• Maintain merchandising execution standards
• Ensure complaint resolution
• Generate orders
• Drive sales volume growth
• Managed performance
• Capability development
• Compliance to TCCQS Standards
Skills, Experience & Education REQUIREMENTS
• Matric and 3 year tertiary qualification in Sales/Marketing or equivalent
• Valid code 08 driver’s license
• Previous merchandising experience in FMCG industry and sales environment
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Performance driven
• Ability to work without direct supervision
• Customer focused
• Selling and Marketing skills
