Key responsibilities:

  • Answer calls professionally
  • Provide customers with product and service information about DebtSafe
  • Process and complete applications
  • Achieve set monthly targets


Candidate Requirements
  • Grade 12 (minimum)
  • Proficient in English & Afrikaans
  • Home Language:  Afrikaans / English
  • Excellent computer skills (Specifically:  Microsoft Outlook, Excel & Word)
  • Communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Telephone etiquette

  • Relevant experience working with customers and clients on a professional level.
