Requirements
Standard 10 or Grade 12 or equivalent. A minimum of 6/12 experience in general Administration. Be computer literacy. Be able to read, Write and communicate effectively. Be Prepared to work shifts, Night duty and Public Holidays. Exposure or experience in patient’s activity will be advantage.
Duties
Capture first visit patient on PAAB and manually. Have knowledge of procedure manual. Retrieve and file of patient clinical records. Maintain proper and regular update of patient’s data. Manage waiting time. Act as receptionist, answer telephone and direct visitors. Perform other tasks that may be delegated by the Supervisor.
